Bill Martin, Owner/Operator/President:  Founded Diamond Incorporated in 1970. Started with his dad and uncles when he was 12 yrs old. At 16, he worked for other roofing companies as an apprentice until the age of 19. At 20 yrs old, he started his own company.  Bill started with residential homes only then added condominiums. mostly working with shingles. He then branched off to do commercial roofing in 1976. Bill has built the company up to include roofing homes, condos, churches, factories, and  hospitals. You will find Bill to still be very hands on with all the aspects of Diamond. Every day he is involved with quality control and sales. He is the "final" decision maker in all aspects of the company.

George Jurewicz,Commercial VP/ Sales:  since 1970 has been providing experience in roofing industry with 23 years of hands on experience in all aspects of Hot Asphalt Modified Roof Systems, Single Ply Roof Systems and Shingle Roofing;  20 years of sales experience.  Asbestos licensed and annually trained in Asbestos Abatement; OSHA Safety Training; Firestone licensed and certified; Holds his own Salesperson License with the State of Connecticut; Certainteed and GAF Master Roofing Contractor Certified; Holds an Associates Degree in Business Management.

 Mark Febbriello, Residential Sales: since 1996 has been providing experience in Residential Sales.  Holds his own Salesperson License with the State of Connecticut.  Firestone training, Certainteed Shingle Master applicator. GAF Certified.  Has an outstanding rapport with customers and customer satisfaction.  He goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and ensures each customer is 100% satisfied.

Rick Civitello, Commercial Supervisor:  since 1993 has been providing experience in applying Hot Asphalt Modified Roof Systems and Single Ply Rubber Roof Systems.  Asbestos and Firestone licensed.  Annual training for Asbestos Abatement; OSHA Safety Training;  EPDM & Asphalt Roofing System Certification by Firestone; holds an Associates Degree in Architectural Design.  Ricky is on every job we do.  Ensures and enforces safety on the job.

Kristin Febbriello, Vice President:  since 1986 has been providing experience in Accounts Payables, Payroll, and Human Resources. She manages all aspects of day to day operations, marketing & advertising, and computer systems. She maintains up to date certifications and licensure. She guides company with the latest market analysis to keep the company on top of the latest trends in roofing.  

Bruce Conner, Residential Job Supervisor:  started roofing in 1970 as a laborer. He mostly worked on residential roofing. He joined Diamond in 1972 - 1976. left because he moved to Florida were he learned hot asphalt system.  Then moved to LA 1982-2004 performing more shingle work.  He then returned to Diamond in 2004 where it all began for him. He started off in the commercial division, however, his strong shingle experience and knowledge led him to his current position as our job supervisor.

Michael Cyr, Commercial Foreman:  since 1985 has been providing experience in all phases of roofing, including applying Hot Asphalt Modified Roof Systems and Single Ply Rubber Roof Systems.  Asbestos licensed and annually trained in Asbestos Abatement; EPDM & Asphalt Roofing System Certification by Firestone; as well as Firestone licensed.  Michael is on every job we do as acting Foreman to ensure that all work is completed according to standard practices.

Krista Harter, Administrative Assistant: since 2006. Has over 15 years experience in Accounts Payables and Receivables.  Her position includes performing the day to day activity of the organization. She handles the day to day  Accounts Payables and Receivables.  Works closely with the estimators putting together quotation packages.  Usually is the main contact person answering the phones daily.   Assist in all aspects of our company.
